Photowalk #2 Sheep & Shepherds
After the rains last night, today it was bright n pleasant with a cold breeze blowing. The morning was perfect for my photography so I took the camera, got into my car and drove to the small village nearby.
The very first sight I got after reaching there was the family of shepherd s with the herd of sheep. The family was busy rearing the sheep, females of the family were milking the sheep. Few members of the family came to me and asked me about the reason for coming there.
When I told them that I want to photograph them, they warmly welcomed me and allowed me to click them as well. I started clicking them excitedly as there were so many things I wanted to capture.
There were small cubs playing around me, some eating fodder, some resting, some getting fed by their mothers. It was a sight to behold. And the sunrise was making the scene more blissful. I captured about 144 photographs out of these which I am sharing selected photographs with you.

Great pictures! Shepherds and their flocks are such a quaint reminder of harmony with nature. Perhaps you should do a series on shepherds from around the country.
