Mahamandir the architectural marvel of Jodhpur

One of the most famous temples of Jodhpur is the imposing Shiva temple of Mahamandir. This grand temple was built in 1812 and is adorned with 84 intricately carved columns. The spacious main hall is used for yoga practice. The temple is the seat of yoga learning and is decorated with sculptures depicting yoga postures. The sculptures and the royal carvings attract tourists and worshippers to this historic temple.
